Amos enjoys riding bikes, backcountry splitboarding, making brraaap sounds when he's going fast and writing about himself in the third person. Amos knows when he's writing in the third person he can be anything. He can be rich and famous. He can spend all his time on the trail. He can even have his dream kitchen. But really, he's a writer, which mostly excludes him from those other things — although he does spend all his free time on the trail. The rest of the time, which is most of the time, he's clicking away in front of a computer. He did that for Backcountry magazine as an intern, for Bike magazine as its online editor and now he does it freelance for Mountain Flyer magazine. He also works as a Public Relations account coordinator and occasionally picks up a celebrity shift at the local bike shop.
